Great Railroad, Part III
This portion of the film finishes up the trip of the Yankee Clipper, showing scenes inside Grand Central Terminal (GCT), both trackside and in the switching/signaling rooms. The last part of the movie shows freight operations on the western side of NH territory, including the car float operations in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, as well as transfers at the Maybrook terminal in upstate NY. You can see an ancient NH electric switcher in operation at the car floats, and an Erie steam engine at Maybrook.

All Aboard!
Grand overview of the new England railroad system, from the initial attachments of cars, to the haul of passengers and cargo, this film details how important rail travel was once was. We see two trains, a passegner and a cargo train, and how they are prepared and maintained all throughout the system. Pretty good narration by mt CInerama himself, Lowell Thomas. One of the better train movies I've seen.
